Cancellation, No-Show, Late Arrival & Deposit Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
At Body Balance Sculpting, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and availability so we can provide the best experience for every client.

No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. A $50 no-show fee will be charged, or the session may be deducted from your package.

Late Arrivals (15+ Minutes)
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, and the $50 no-show fee will apply or the session will be deducted from your package.

Repeated Lateness
Clients who are consistently late may be subject to a late fee, required to prepay, or asked to place a deposit for future appointments. Continued lateness may result in limited booking availability.
Free Consultations
Free consultations require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in losing access to future free consultations.

Deposits
Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service.
By booking, you agree that if you miss your appointment, cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or arrive more than 15 minutes late and cannot be accommodated, your deposit will be forfeited.
Repeat Missed Appointments
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to place a deposit in order to book future services.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are running late or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
